In this episode, I go over some of the things that someone could do in order to ensure that their OCD would get worse. In other words, we go over some surefire ways to ensure that OCD is winning (which we don’t want!). But we also talk about what to do *instead*, so you can get the most out of your recovery.
Specifically, we:
