Hi, I'm Jenna. I've been up against the fear voice of OCD and anxiety since I was a kid. Since 2008, I've specialized in taking it down - at every level of care, including residential at Rogers Memorial Hospital and Johns Hopkins. I've sat with the hardest, most debilitating cases out there. The presentations most people would call too much. The thoughts people are terrified to say out loud. None of it rattles me.

What I know after 15+ years: OCD follows a pattern. And once you know the pattern, you know how to break it. I'm not here to teach you how to manage your anxiety. I'm here to show you how to make it irrelevant with or without a therapist.
