Reminding You You’re Capable AF

I’m here to remind you that you’re capable AF all while helping you unleash your inner badass and conquer that anxiety and those never-ending thoughts that have been holding you back. It’s time to create defiant peace, be your own therapist, and take back your freaking life. 

So how did we get here!? I know what it’s like to struggle with OCD and anxiety on a personal level (you read that right!). Only a few years ago I was right where you are. I wanted to get rid of my scary thoughts and thought it’d be a cakewalk thanks to my research and clinical background. Spoiler, it wasn’t. If I was struggling over here with years of experience under my belt, how the hell was someone else supposed to navigate their anxiety and those exhausting, relentless thoughts? I decided there had to be a better way — the OCD and Anxiety Recovery Blueprint was born. 

Now I’m taking my more than 16 years of clinical, research, and now personal experience to tell you everything I know about anxiety, mental compulsions, rumination, and how to get your life back using evidence-based strategies like Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP). This isn’t the same old song and dance you’re used to. My course will help you get to the root of the issue, teach you the skills you need to be your own therapist, and then empower you to go beyond the work and actually implement the strategies to kick anxiety and intrusive thoughts ass once and for all.

What I’m Known For

Started doing everything in 3s — thinking if I didn’t something bad would happen. 

1998

Went to grad school at Towson U and worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital.

2012

Knew I wanted to be a therapist but different.

2007

Learned about OCD, Exposure and Response Prevention, and anxiety and knew I wanted to do this forevvvvvver. 

2008

Got my dream job at a world-renowned OCD and anxiety treatment facility. 

2014

Living my dream! Teaching people all over the world that they’re not alone and helping call them to something more alongside my hubs (yup, you read that right)!
