Hi, I'm Jenna. And I've been up against that fear voice of OCD and anxiety since I was a kid. Since 2008, I've specialized in taking it down - at every level of care, including residential at Rogers Memorial Hospital and Johns Hopkins.

Mental compulsions are one of the most understood - and most undertreated - parts of OCD, anxiety, and intrusive thoughts. Most people don't even know they're doing them. Most therapists don't catch them, either.
